It varies. If the title work has already been completed when you reach out and you’re ready to move forward, we can often close within a few business days. In general, we aim to finalize sales in 7 to 21 days, depending on your location.
04.How fast can I receive an offer for my home as-is?

05.How is the offer price for my home determined?

06.Are you a Realtor?
We are direct buyers, which means we can purchase your property discreetly off-market. This process is similar to selling For Sale By Owner. While some members of our team may hold a license, we are acting primarily as investors. Realtors, on the other hand, represent buyers or sellers and earn a commission upon closing a transaction, typically in on-market sales.

We either renovate, rent, or resell the properties we acquire.
10.What is the process a seller can expect?
Once an offer is made and accepted, the property is marked as pending sale. A team member will visit the property to verify its condition. If the property’s condition aligns with the description, we proceed with ordering the title and preparing for closing. Should the property be in worse condition than described, we will notify you and present a revised offer. Most sellers prefer to close within 30 days. At closing, the buyer receives the deed and title, and the seller receives their payment via cashier’s check or wire transfer.
